The Job:

Our busy, specialist company, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The success candidate will have at least 1 years recent Administration and Customer Service experience, with experience working within the distribution industry being preferred but not essential.

Duties:

• Management of customer accounts
• Resolving order related issues
• Manage customer relationships to drive growth
• Ability to manage significant workload with great attention to detail
• Management of customer claims
• Run daily order reports
• Liaise with Operational team
• Manage relationships with internal customers
